We value patient and provider feedback; particularly a report that suggests a possible violation of the law, our code of conduct, or company policy. We are committed to maintaining an environment that sparks an open and honest dialogue. We wholeheartedly encourage our employees to report any known or suspected violations and will not allow any form of retaliation anyone making a report in good faith.
We have multiple channels available to report concerns about possible violations. Anyone can feel free to contact leadership and it can be done anonymously. A more in-depth investigation can be completed if we can communicate with the person who has communicated a concern.

Our Code of Conduct Manual makes clear the standards we expect from our regular day-to-day business dealings as well as ethical and legal responsibilities.
